CARDIO CIRCUIT

There is nothing better than a killer cardio session. Burn off that Sunday brunch and sweat it out. BLVE provides safety first so we encourage you to take your time. But with this session, its time to go hard!

Running

Create an amazing habit with running. A top tier way to lose fat, improve endurance and help boost your mentality. We offer individual running programs to help with your own training or the sessions provided at BLVE.

HIIT / HYBRID

Here we combine weights & cardio in the one session. Feel the blood pumping and get your sweat on. These sessions are here to build muscle, endurance and encourage you to push your limits. Create stronger bodies and minds with this session.

Strength & Functional (12-16 years old)

It is never too late or EARLY to start. We teach kids the correct way to build strength, learn technique, grow their endurance and functionality. These sessions are educational, supportive and FUN.

Personal Training Sessions

It’s all about you. One on One Training to receive the maximum results. These sessions are provided to help you reach higher goals, recover from injuries, or train in a personal & comfortable environment.
